"You will never be able to escape from your heart. So it's better to listen to what it has to say. That way, you'll never have to fear an unanticipated blow." (134)
"Tell your heart that the fear of suffering is worse than the suffering itself." (134)
As humans, it's natural to fear ourselves, our feelings. The reason is: they make us vulnerable and the moment we take our hands of our eyes to really see what our heart is saying, terrifies us. As I did before, this two quotes are linked for there I'm explaining them as one. When I first read this, it didn't made sense but I decided to try it and understand what I felt for who and why what they did, made me feel the way I felt. It took time and a lot of thinking, until I got to the conclusion that yes, getting to know yourself and understanding your feelings makes you feel better. I can't explain why but the thought of loosing someone close, someone leaving us forever or someone not saying I love you back brings up this pain up our throats... That brings me to the second quote, the fear is always worse than what actually is. We see what we want to see so we create this parallel situation where we can see that one person we think we can't leave without leaving, we feel horrible. But, when they're actually gone, is not as bad as you think because by over-thinking you get yourself to hell, a place with only your name on the door... You will never let someone make you suffer more, than the suffering you put yourself through.
Lope

She loped out of the room.
Dapper
Neatly dressed; trim.
She dapper for her date
Wobble
To tremble or quaver.
The child's voice wobbled with emotion.
Sulky
Gloomy; dismal.
There was a sulky weather.
